Terms of Service

Last updated: March 28, 2026

1. General Usage

By placing an order with FollowerPanel, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellations & Refunds

FollowerPanel reserves the right to cancel any order that violates our internal safety protocols. Reasons include but are not limited to:

  • Providing private profiles or restricted links.
  • Content that promotes violence or illegal activities.
  • Ordering from multiple providers for the same link simultaneously.

If an order is cancelled, funds are returned to your internal wallet balance, but require a support ticket to be opened.

3. Service Guarantee

We do not guarantee a specific delivery time. All estimations provided are just that—estimations. We will not refund orders that are in "Processing" status if you feel they are taking too long.

FollowerPanel does not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we only guarantee the delivery of the quantity purchased.

4. Payments & Account Balance

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We only use your information to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

6. Liability

FollowerPanel is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or other social media platforms. Use of our services is at your own risk.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services, without notice, for any account we believe is engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to exploit our system architecture.
